The Association performed a research project to better understand what the Members need in their various operating environments, and what they want from the Association to service those needs. By a large margin, marketing and sales were the most important areas in which Members need support in improving within their organizations. In response, the Association has built its first major Membership Support Service Program: Social Media.
Small, medium and large organizations gain many advantages from the Association’s Social Media services. Social Media is the fastest growing area of the Web 2.0 environment. There is growing sentiment within the business community that social media is over-hyped, particularly when used as for marketing and sales, for example, as compared to the more demonstrably successful customer relationship management systems that are so prevalent today. Because the Association has very strong talents on the team in this arena, we know that reasons for this sentiment. That it is one of the things we are solving, but many people may not necessarily realize this, especially that the Association is out in front of this. More importantly, Social Media provides the highest return on investment when compared with all other forms of marketing and sales activities.
Led by Easton Ellsworth, a well-known expert in the social media arena, Founder of Visionary Blogging, and Director of Media Initiatives for the Association, the Social Media Support Program gives Members the assistance needed to develop any form of Social Media systems and components. The Program also provides monthly maintenance and support, education, training, and other resources.
Mr. Ellsworth led the team to design the first step for any Member seeking to improve sales, market reach, ROI, etc. This step is a Social Media Assessment, which covers the nine major areas of any and all major social networking or social media websites (like LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), and analyzes the overall health of the social media picture of the organization. These nine areas are:
- Content Improvement
- Design Improvement
- Community Improvement
- Traffic Improvement
- RSS Feed / Atom Feed / Email Subscribers Improvement
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Optimization (SMO Improvement)
- Monetization Improvement
- Value / Return on Investment (ROI Improvement)
Mr. Ellsworth and the team have also designed several standardized Social Media packages focused on small, medium and larger organization’s requirements. After researching the marketplace, we learned the typical range of prices and services currently being offered, and with the Association’s commitment to the Members, has priced our packages to deliver more services, at a higher level of performance, and at lower overall prices than can be found in the general marketplace.
The standardized Social Media packages are $100, $250, $500 & $1,000 per month. The Association can also design customized packages specific to individual Member’s requirements. Please contact us to learn how the Social Media Support Program can help your Member organization.
The Social Media Support Program can assist Members with any and all of the following 200-plus items:
