    Due Diligence Standards are exclusively available through the Association of Due Diligence Professionals, the non-profit membership association serving the due diligence discipline and industry.

    The Due Diligence Standards pages are being revised. The revisions are expected to be completed by or before February 6.

    Due Diligence Standard 101.0 Specified for Ministry of Oil and Minerals, Republic of Yemen, in “Assets Handover and Due Diligence Process Call for Third-Party Service Block14/CFQ-1″

    The Due Diligence Standard 101.0 has been specified by the Ministry of Oil and Minerals, Petroleum Exploration and Production Authority, in the Assets Handover and Due Diligence Process Third-Party Service, Block 14 – Masillah, Hadramaout Province, Republic of Yemen, PetroMasila.

    Scope of Work: Specific Clauses Referring to the Due Diligence Standard and Certification to the Due Diligence Standard:

    Scope of Work General Description: 2.2.7. The Third party shall provide Due Diligence service in accordance with industry recognized professional standards supported by certifications.

    Scope of Work General Description: 2.2.8. The scope of Work also involves preparing professional and comprehensive reports of results of a deeply and comprehensive Due Diligence process in accordance with the Due Diligence Standard 101.0.

    Deliverables. 3.1. A written report with detailed Statement of findings from Due Diligence Investigation Process, including any related issues or notes of interest, and certification, all to the satisfaction of PetroMasila.

    Location and Duration. The Third Party will have 6 months to complete the Due Diligence process including deliverables and certifications.
